As a yoga teacher with Rolfing and PT training, Jennifer can go beyond making adjustments in the poses and
work more deeply using manual therapy while you are holding the pose.
To help you gain greater ease and awareness of the body in the poses, we work to balance through lengthening
where it may be incongruently tight and restricting further opening in the asana. This ultimately helps to
keep the breath free and flowing throughout all the tissues in the body. The breath carries vitality to all
parts of our bodies, opening the doors of perception to nurture all aspects of our lives.
